Complaints Procedure

  • Letstalk Mediators Ltd aims to provide high standards of service. 
  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, or have a complaint about a mediator, please email us at (   
  • We will provide written acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. 
  • We will then investigate and respond to your complaint within 21 days.  That investigation will be carried out by someone other than the mediator who is the subject of the complaint.
  • If our response is not accepted and you remain dissatisfied you can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council.  Details of the CMC’s appeal processes can be found at
  • We will retain copies of all documents relating to any complaints received.
